Shahinur Rahman the founder and Managing Director of Own Sourcing International with proven expertise in the ready made garments
industry over 23 years. Started carrier as a trainee merchandiser in a leading garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh in the year 2001. He has
worked in each and every format of ready made garments industry , Started carrier in a factory and then work for retailer and trading company
representing of many reputed international Brands across the globe. Prior to founding Own sourcing International Mr. Rahman worked in
various local and multinational company in mid-level and senior level management in different areas Merchandising, Strategic planning,
sourcing strategy, material development, product development, supply chain, compliance and factory management/capacity planning. Mr.
Rahman has completed BBA and MBA under Business studies faculty from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. His major concentration was
International Management. His 23 years carrier extends across business strategy , organizational development , operations , corporate sustainability and
international marketing .
